It is carried out by our stylist free of charge within 48 hours after order confirmation. 


It is carried out free of charge with the help of the courier company – Nova Poshta to the address specified by you within 48 hours from the moment of the order confirmation or from the moment of receipt of funds to our bank account in case of payment by bank transfer.

In order to receive the order at the Nova Poshta delivery service department, you shall indicate the number/address of the most suitable department in application, and to show your passport and consignment note number upon receipt. It will be sent in a message to your mobile phone after shipping the Product.


It is carried out by DHL Express. Cost of delivery will be calculated according to tariffs of the courier's company.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached.

Every item is checked and photographed prior to dispatch and kept as a record. Any intentional damage to the product prior to return will be charged in full and cannot be returned.

To complete your return, please email us at ПОЧТА the reason for the return and we will send you further instructions.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be accepted. 

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt of goods will not be accepted.
